Hotel is close to the motorway so ideal for an overnight stay when travelling. It’s also an easy walk to the town centre. Only issue we had was with the restaurant. We’ve always on arrival been asked at an Ibis whether we want to book a table in the restaurant but weren’t this time. When we went to the restaurant itself to try to book, along with another couple we were what seemed to be deliberately kept waiting for almost 5 minutes while the manager messed about, only to be told it was fully booked. Manager’s attitude could have been more pleasant.

We enjoyed our overnight stop in a Confort room. Staff were helpful and cleanliness was the order of the day. Our evening meal was delicious - we had the three course menu for E32 - well worth it. Rooms a little tired perhaps but it doesn’t pretend to be a luxury hotel. Great, secure parking. Great wine cellar as you would expect in Beaune. Quiet sleep, comfy bed, good TV. We were impressed by breakfast as, unlike a lot of French hotels, the flow made sense: knives, forks, spoons, plates, bowls, cereal, etc all at the start of the buffet. Scrambled eggs and crispy bacon were plentiful. We were pleased with our stay and will return next week on our way home.

A very friendly welcome at the reception and an immediate response to our request to change rooms after we found out that the bathroom light did not function. Comfortable beds, perfect breakfast and a good dinner completed our stay. See you again.

Friendly staff, and excellent fixed price dinner. 42 euros for three courses and two glasses of wine. We didn't arrive until 8.30pm after a hideous drive from the Cote D'Azure - welcomed with a smile, and the restaurant had held our table. free EV charging too. Thank you team IBIS

I’ve read a few mixed reviews, with the majority being good. I’m more than happy to share my experiences. Ok, it’s next to a main road, but the room was dead quiet with the window closed. The aircon was non intrusive & was essential as it was a blistering 34c outside. The facilities in the room are bare bone, as in no fridge or coffee/tea making facilities, but a hairdryer is provided (useful for my wife, but not me 😄). What the hotel does has to offer is a lovely pool and pool area, which we made the most of. Fantastic. Moving to the restaurant….. well it was top notch - real quality. Had dinner the two nights we were here and were well impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful. P.S this hotel is not in the middle of Beaune, but a short 20 minute walk, or 8 minute drive. Value for money 10/10
