Our staff takes pride in offering attentive service to ensure guests feel welcomed. However, we sincerely regret that several aspects of your experience fell short of expectations. While our standard rooms offer compact comfort perfect for solo travelers, we also provide Premium rooms with additional space that can be reserved in advance. Regarding parking, we always highlight nearby public alternatives in our pre-arrival communications to help guests plan accordingly. Finally, we're pleased our central location opposite Saint Bavo Cathedral proved convenient for exploring Ghent's historic streets.
