ibis Marseille Bonneveine Route des Calanques 3 sterren

Frisse kamer met comfortabel bed, airco werkte zeer goed. Diner: betaalbaar en lekker, prima service. Ontbijt: lekker en genoeg keuze. Garage voor de moto.

I stayed here whilst visiting Marseille for the Challenge and Heineken cup Rugby finals. This place was perfect! With a 15 minute walk to lovely beaches near Plage de la Pointė Rouge and Plages du Prado and a ten minute ride on bus 45 straight to the Vélodrome. The staff were so helpful when I arrived letting me check in straight away. That was so kind as it let me head off to explore earlier than expected. My room was very clean and comfortable with all the usual refinements of a Ibis hotel. The price for beer at the hotel was also very competitive with it being one of the cheapest beers paid for throughout my stay in Marseille. I didn’t eat at the hotel but what I did see looked very nice. Each member of staff also opted to speak English to me when hearing how awful my French was “Merci”

Liked the stay there a lot. Room was clean, and you know the layout anyhow as it’s very similar in the Ibis family. Bar was good and restaurant ok. And the wifi connection was one of the most stable in a longe time in a hotel. Definitely worth to visit.

We had a 6 days stay with a family of 3. The child was sleeping in our bed for free. Considering that we were staying in South of France in Peak season we had a relatively fair room rate including a lovely breakfast. Hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. All really friendly and very much committed. The rooms and particulary the bathroom however were really small. Also the location is probably not perfect if you want to explore the city. It is about 15 Mins to get to the old harbour by car. The beach can be reached in 20 Mins walking distance. Shops and supermarket are just opposite of the hotel.

Het water van de zwembad was heel troebel, wij hebben het zwemmen gelaten. En het gebied eromheen heel klein. Verder was er in de kamer maar een nachttafel (aan een kant), jammer als je verblijft met z'n twëen.
