In 2 delen 5 nachten verbleven. Was tweede keer in dit hotel.Helaas was in 2 nachten achter elkaar het alarm afgegaan. Was vals alarm, maar slaap werd een tijd onderbroken. Verder prima bijbehorend restaurant met vriendelijke, ijverige bediening. Al met al is Novotel Toronto Centre een aanrader.

We completely understand how inconvenient and tiring this must have been, especially at that time of day. The alarm was unfortunately triggered due to a guest smoking in their room, which automatically activates our life-safety systems. While we are unable to offer compensation for such activations, as they are crucial for ensuring the safety of all guests, we truly regret the impact this incident had on your rest and plans.
