This is a great hotel for a stop over between Spain and DE or UK. Close to the motorway and the town. It has the advantage of a Courtepaille grill restaurant, off-road parking and a pool. Friendly and helpful staff, lots of amenities within walking distance to include a great area for walking your dog if you have one. One of my favourite hotels.

The hotel was ideal for access to the centre of Orange and surrounding Domaines and villages in Drome and Vaucluse. There little more that one can add to use up the required characters other than to say the trip was useful.

The hotel is situated in a handy location just off the autoroute and within east walking distance of the town centre. This was our 3rd time at the hotel where we met up with a group of friends. As always the staff are very pleasant, the pool very welcoming after a long hot day's activity and the recent renovations make the outside area much much better.

Used this hotel before, Ibis have invested in a new reception/ restaurant since my last visit. Overall as expected, although the restaurant service was slow. But would stay again, as it's ideally located alongside the autoroute.

This hotel is ideally located just off the A7/A6 junction. A good place to stop on the way to Spain and easy to find. Rooms as comfortable as usual. Having seen a tour bus arriving I hurried to the restaurant to book a table and was told it was full but we could eat at the counter. Ten minutes later we returned and the Manager was present. We explained the trouble we had had at the restaurant at Ibis Beaune Centre the previous two nights and eating at the counter on high stools was not really suitable for my husband. She assured us that she would find us a table. In the meantime, she sat us at a table in Reception and offered us a complimentary glass of wine and nibbles. Ten minutes later, she escorted us to a table. She could not have been more courteous and helpful, a true professional. The restaurant was fantastic (not an Ibis Kitchen), a giant indoor barbecue and the food was delicious. Many thanks again to the Manager.

I love this Hotel. I discovered it by chance. When travelling between the UK and Spain one of my overnights was always between Nimes and Narbonne in France. I travel with a dog and neither Nimes nor Narbonne have a decent area to walk a dog but Orange has many possibilities (and good ones where you can let or dog run) and very close to the hotel. The hotel is easy to find just a minute or two from the exit of the A9/A7 motorways. It is clean and has an excellent Courtepaille steakhouse restaurant attached where they actually cook the food the way you want it. I had an excellent room with a huge bathroom which was wonderful. Apparently there are only a couple of rooms like it. The people working reception were very friendly and helpful. There is off road secure parking and this will be my hotel of choice when stopping over on my trips.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and we were happy with the pleasant welcome, the in-hotel restaurant and the reasonable price. The only slight problem we had was the use of my Accor points to pay a part of the bill; however, everything sorted itself out very quickly.

I always choose Ibis hotels with their new "sweet beds", because they are the most comfortable I have ever slept on in any hotel. I have no complaints whatsoever about the service we received at this hotel. We were given a warm welcome, our booking was instantly confirmed and we were offered a free welcome drink for booking with my silver loyalty card. The room, although a tight squeeze with the additional single bed (which was not required but could not be folded away) was clean and wi-fi reception was easily activated and worked faultlessly. The only downside was that dinner was a disappointment. In France, I order my steaks well done, or else they arrive so rare that a good vet may be able to save the animal. On this occasion, it was a thick cut of meat, charred on the outside and bleeding in the centre. The hotel's location was convenient for the motorway to and from the South of France. The ample car park was gated, although the gates were left open from early in the morning.

This hotel is ideally located for an overnight stay en route through France. It is just of the motorway yet quiet overnight. The staff are excellent and strive to offer you good service. We were delighted with the treatment we received. Unfortunately, the rooms are a little tired and in need of re-decoration as do the corridors.

Someone smoked in the room, and it's not very comfortable for a family trip, also the room is not very clean, too many little bugs beside the window. It good to have a free parking place in Orange, also the location is very convenient for us.

lovely hotel, staff very friendly and catered to our every need. easy to find and booking was stress free, done it all on line. very good hotel for people travelling with dogs, great for walking them, near motorway junction, could not fault this hotel or their staff

Returning from a visit to Nice I needed an stopover and the hotel at Orange was at a convenient distance and close to the Autoroute. The hotel is easy to find and very comfortable. The receptionist and restaurant waitress very welcoming and efficient. The waitress in particular managed to cover 12 tables all on her own all at the same time with great efficiency and cheerfulness.

OK for an overnight stay, although we found that the room was too small for us. The welcome by the staff in the morning was much warmer than the previous evening. The evening meal was adequate, although the bottle of mineral water was past its use-by date.

This is a well situated hotel, walking distance from the centre of Orange. The restaurant and pool are attractive and well appointed. The bathrooms are very poorly lit and too small; The management of this franchise does not observe the privileges accorded to Accor Club members, and is unwilling to learn about them and comply

Just off motorway junction so ideal as an overnight stay. Easy stroll to fascinating old town of Orange. Staff are all extremely helpful and obliging. Enjoyed all our meals. Will be calling again for longer stay.
