We’re pleased to hear that you appreciated our convenient location, direct access to public transportation, nearby parks, and shopping facilities. It’s also nice to know that you enjoyed your room and were able to make use of the pool during your stay. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the aspects of your experience that caused frustration. We understand that the check-in process may have felt lengthy, and we appreciate your patience. Some of the documentation and deposit requirements are in place to ensure clarity and security for both our guests and the hotel, but we will certainly review how we can make this process smoother and more welcoming.
