It’s also nice to know that you enjoyed your room and were able to make use of the pool during your stay. Thanks for your observations however we are very concerned to read your review, as that room and entire floor had just undergone a complete renovation last month (washroom, furniture, wallpaper, and deep clean etc.) We will have our maintenance team go to inspect the wall you are referencing as there could be something more serious happening behind the walls perhaps a slow water leak from the floor above.
