My wife and I stayed for one night, as we had a connecting flight out of Miami airport the following day. For this purpose, the hotel was fine and it was a good location close to the airport. The hotel itself is a little tired in terms of decor, but the room was well appointed for what we needed. The pool area was great and this is a real plus for this hotel. We had drinks in the bar and some bar food in the evening, although sadly, the restaurant was not open. The staff were excellent and really made us feel welcome with great service. My overall rating reflects that the hotel needs a refurb and it was disappointing that the restaurant was shut.

This hotel is very close to the airport- bonus. We arrived at 3 pm super quick check in. Lobby area is attractive but stair carpet a little thread bear. Room smelt damp and in need of an update. Dark and gloomy. Coffee machine didn’t work and one of the lights didn’t work. We made use of the pool and it has a great view and disability chair for access to the pool. Not enough beds around the pool and it looked like people had gone and just left their towels in situ using the few beds there was. Restaurant looked lovely, only to be told it was shut. So you eat bar food in the bar area and hope you get a seat at a high table and not just one of the coffee tables. Food was a mixed bag. Bar staff were friendly. We would not return.

Poor, slow service. Bizarrely slumping beds that are more like hammocks. Rooms small and tired. $5 charge per package. Shuttle didn’t leave on time. Expensive breakfast. Stay elsewhere. This place is not well run and is in desperate need of an update. Devalues the Pullman brand.

very odd almost surreal experience

This experience was very incongruous with what one would expect from a 4star hotel. I paid for early check in since my red-eye got in at 6AM. By 2PM I still had no room, and when the manager tired of looking at me snoozing in the lobby, she got me a room instantly. The bed sagged to the floor. The shower didn't work. The phone didn't work. They upgraded me to a suite the next day. The bed sagged ALMOST to the floor. The shower and phone both worked. I hear music and partying from the lobby at all hours of the day and night. I had to call at 4AM one night to ask them to turn it down. I've NEVER encountered this from ANY hotel - not even a 2star. The elevator was broken; The ice machine was broken. The restaurant wasn't open for dinner. I have no idea if they had room service, there was no indication that there was and no one told me differently. If you're paying more than $60/night for this place, you're overpaying.

Are you kidding me. Revamped lobby but they only did a patch up job on the rest.

I don't personally know what this hotel was before but it is not a new build. Sort of seems like maybe it was Holiday Inn or something prior? The entry and lobby is nice but when you get to your room ours was very disappointing if not gross. You could tell it was just a quick cosmetic touch up to what was there before. Same bathroom fixtures from maybe the 80s - 90s? I think the furniture was also from the previous hotel. The whole thing was just shabby and the hotel was not cheap when we stayed there.
