One thing I like to mention, not sure if it was just our Room 807 the water pressure in the shower was not good, besides this everything else was superb Service, check in, staff, thank you Pullman Airport Hotel 5/5

The Pullman is always our go to in Miami. Elegant and comfortable, with spacious suites and a beautiful pool area that has a gorgeous sunset view, after our first visit became our favorite. The food from the bar restaurant is very good,and the breakfast buffet in the main dining room is unequal. Affordably priced,would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay for an overnight or a longer stay. They also provide airport transportation and there is a shuttle service that can be booked for a transport to the cruiseport.

Pullman review It’s always interesting when you see a 1 star amongst good reviews, so hopefully this doesn’t get lost. I stayed at the Pullman earlier this month because American Airlines cancelled my flight and put me up there. When we got to the hotel, the shuttle driver asked if I was staying or if I had just parked there. I said I was staying. A few minutes later as I was checking in, he came in and took me aside to tell me I had forgotten his tip. I was really surprised because I didn’t have any change on me and was going to get it from the front desk to leave for him but I wasn’t expecting him to ask for it. Unfortunately this isn’t the only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth. I was on my way home from a pilgrimage trip to a temple outside of Pittsburgh and I had gotten some perishable offerings that needed to be kept refrigerated. Since AA had delayed me for 24 hours, I collected my luggage just so I could make sure this was refrigerated. I explained this to the front desk and asked if the rooms had a refrigerator. The person at the front desk said they did, but they didn’t work too well. I explained my situation and he said he could keep it in the refrigerator they have downstairs. I asked if I could please be frozen instead and he said yes. The next morning while I was checking out, I asked for my package and found it to be room temperature. I asked if it had been put in the freezer and I got a shrug from the person who handed it to me. I explained the situation and how sad I was that this was not communicated to me because I would’ve just put it on ice in my room. Had Evan told that they could not fulfill my request. A woman came out from the back and told me this was completely unacceptable on the part of the staff and that I would be getting a phone call in a couple of hours from the manager. She took my phone number as well as my email down, but I have received nothing and it’s been two weeks. I understand that they cannot guarantee something to be kept cold, but after asking several times I wish they had just told me they could not fulfill my request and I would just put it on ice. Not only that, but I don’t think it’s OK for somebody to follow you into a hotel asking for a tip. Thirdly, if I were Management, I would want to follow up with a customer that is unhappy.

Thought it would be convenient for an airport stay when we had a flight the next morning. Took more than an hour for the shuttle to pick us up to take us to the hotel. Considering the shuttle leaves the hotel on the hour, it was nearly 25 past by the time it got to the aiport so there were lots of people waiting and he would not let us on as it was full. We had to wait another 30min, then they sent 2, but too little too late. We watched countless hotel shuttles pick up passengers with no issue only Pullman seemed to have got it wrong. Check in was not particularly friendly, we should get 2 free drinks, i had to go back and ask for these. The hotel room is fine but set to freezer levels. We turned the ac off and it took a few hours to warm up, there are no extra blankets in the room. Charging ports are on the bedside lamp and impossible to plug an adapter into, considering this is supposedly an aiport hotel a strange thing to get wrong along with the most inefficient shuttle in miami. Breakfast was ok staff friendly but food and coffee not great. For the price i would 100%book literally any other hotel in miami. In the time we had to wait for a transfer we could have got an uber anywhere and paid a lot less as it wasnt an "aiport hotel'. Also lost an amazon package i had sent to them although apparently they charge $5-50 to accept packages (absolutely ridiculous never had this b4) so maybe they couldnt find it. They did not reply to direct complaint sent to them

Disgusting staff who don't care at reception. Hotel is mostly interested in airport long term parking revenue. Overcharge issues and marked arrogance in aged hotel with international standards, ie coffee shop, bad food. Room are oldish with very worn beds
