Typical basic near airport hotel. Limited facilities other than functional bar with food unless you want to pay a premium in the restaurant. Having said that our bar food was good. Coffee machine in room didn’t work and decor was quite dated.

Although we're glad you enjoyed the food at the bar and other aspects of your stay, we apologize for any disappointment during your visit. Rest assured, we will share your comments regarding our decor and coffee machine with our team to ensure any opportunity for improvement is seized. Very conveniently located hotel, 10 minute drive from the airport. Large rooms, efficient, check-in, for the rest pretty standard three star hotel. large parking area in front, unfortunately at $30 per night, ridiculously expensive. Left early next morning, cannot comment on breakfast or pool.

Soap dispenser in shower

This might be the nicest worst hotel I’ve ever been in. My room was subpar. The soap dispenser in the shower did not work. I stayed 2 nights and was unable to shower. I complained to the front desk 4 times. Each time they said someone would fix it immediately. Nothing. When I checked out I complained and the front desk clerk said they would reimburse my parking. Nope. Never happened. Everyone was nice to me but they didn’t follow through on any repairs or promises. Frankly I’m disgusted by this place. Horrible

I can't express enough how incredible our experience was at the Pullman, where our group of over 200 gathered for an unforgettable annual event! From the moment we reserved our rooms back in early 2024 to the last guest checking out in February 2025, every detail was managed with impeccable professionalism. The Pullman team truly shined, with each member contributing to a seamless experience. A huge shout out to Victoria, the front desk supervisor, whose warm welcome set the tone for our stay, and Winnie from hospitality, who ensured our needs were met with a smile. Wendy from accounting was a rockstar in handling our arrangements, while Carlos, the bartender, served up the perfect drinks to keep the spirits high. And I can't forget Nicholas, my personal sales rep, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, even when the excitement became a bit overwhelming—his calm demeanor and dedication were a true blessing! The atmosphere was filled with joy and camaraderie, making it a vibrant celebration of friendship and adventure. If you're dreaming of a memorable group getaway, I wholeheartedly encourage you to envision your own celebration at the Pullman! I can't wait to return in 2026 or before and create even more cherished memories with the W-HOTS Travel Group, where every journey is meaningful and filled with connection!

Disappointing at best

***NOTE THE HORRIBLE RESPONSES TO ALL OF THE RECENT BAD REVIEWS OF THE PULLMAN MIAMI AIRPORT. The hotel at first glance, seems to be very modern, beautifully furnished and upscale. Plus It has great reviews on Priceline so I chose it. BUT upon settling in, the entire hotel and surrounding hotel grounds are extremely worn out and need refreshing. Even the landscaping is in bad shape. This contemporary style chair in the photo is an example of what I’m talking about. The furniture at the pool, in the rooms and in shared public spaces is in the same shape….worn out! The room has a Keurig coffee in it. I went to make coffee but the pods had already been used. The front desk sent more. The coffee mugs and water glasses were dirty. The coffee mug was badly chipped around the rim. The whole coffee scenario was gross. I went to iron my dress and there was an ironing board but the iron was missing. They brought an iron. I was so cold that I was shaking most of the night. Very cold air was blowing out of the vents non-stop and wouldn’t turn off. The heater did not work. The room never got above 60°. The lobby and bar were the same temperature. People in the bar were moving around to get away from the blowing cold air. I got up early and found the bathroom floor was flooded. It was coming from under the wall. I believe this leak has been going on for a long time because my room smelled moldy and musty. My eyes were bright red and I was congested this morning from allergies. The mattress was a lightweight piece of foam. When you sit on it, you sink in and both ends of the mattress go up. The sheets were thin and worn. The reading light (photo) didn’t work. The other photos are of the dirty bathroom, the uncomfortably low toilet and sink from the 90s, and the broken up bathroom tiles. The light switches were so gross I didn’t want to touch them. Strangely, the hotel restaurant was not open on a Saturday night. The bar serves pub food. The covered dining patio off the restaurant is fenced off and barricaded. It has sunken into the ground and pulled away from the building foundation like it is sinking. All of the exterior entrance thresholds are cracked and have sunken into the ground. I did not feel the structure was safe. I left the hotel 2 hours earlier than I needed to and skipped the free breakfast because I was so uncomfortable and hadn’t slept. The airport was more comfortable than this place!! When I checked out, I told the front desk clerk about the leak and her reply was “I will tell someone. Have a good day.” This is the EXACT same response to all of the bad reviews posted online. This comes from the top…horrible management practices. The check-in staff and morning shuttle driver were all great! But this hotel is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel and is not worth hundreds of dollars a night.
