Find another hotel. We stayed for one night because our flight into Miami landed very late at night. The room was very dirty, not vacuumed and hair on the ceiling in the bathroom. If we had not arrived very late with a small child we would have left.

We have been to the Pullman many times and really enjoy the proximity to the airport. The overall hotel is very nice. Pool is good BUT the furniture outside is old and in real need of replacement. Security is NOT good at all! The pool gate is not locked and we noticed MANY people coming in that were not staying there with their plastic bags with a change of clothes. This has been going on for some time and makes us vey uncomfortable. Must be addressed by management. The rooms are fine BUT are in real need of bathroom updates and NEW matresses...very uncomfortable. Bar staff very nice and food is good.

When in Miami, I always select this hotel. Due to the beautiful pool area, and the stunning lake views, the hotel has a relaxing, resort feel. The rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable with all possible amenities provided. The food at the downstairs bar is very good, and the buffet breakfast has great food choices. The hotel staff are efficient friendly and welcoming. The highlight of each stay for me is meeting the lovely Mr. Michel who has loyally worked as a server in the breakfast area for a number of years. He seems to remember every guest who has ever spent time at the hotel! He has a genuine, friendly manner and has an amazing smile whilst greeting diners. He really is the face of Pullman Hotel Miami Airport.

I want to take time and write a positive review for Michel Fed at the restaurant Tavolo. I came here on business trip from my company and he provided excellent customer service and went the extra mile help answer my questions regarding the menu in detail and questions about the Miami airport amenities in surrounding areas. Many people around me were so happy with his service as I seen many compliment him in his hard work. He multi-task and was very pleasant and made my experience so great I will make sure to experience Pullman hotel for my own personal visit. Many people may not take the time to write a positive review but I believe in making sure great employees get rewarded. I hope this review gets corporate attention and I would hope to see Michel Fed receive an annual increase in salary and perhaps additional vacation time as a bonus he deserves it. Please consider my recommendation. He is a hardworking and nice person and a great representative for Pullman hotel.

Hotel was okay. Lobby is nice and the cafe makes good coffee for purchase. The rooms are in need of a renovation. Old and outdated, bathroom was falling apart and TV did not work. Overall I would not stay here again and feel like I paid too much for my stay. Also $27 a night for parking is a little outrageous.
