Booked a long weekend here via jet2. On arrival rooms weren’t available so left luggage and went out. Staff at check in weren’t overly welcome. No customer service given at all. Barely even spoke to us. Great location at bus stop 4 on the hop on hop off blue route. A short walk to Mariahilf street. Breakfast is an additional 18€ and not worth the money. Couple of hot items, pancakes, salad, etc. The rooms are basic basic basic. Bed, tv, bathroom. Nothing else. The beds are a base, mattress and then a topper which is covered in sheet. Very unusual and quite firm. The noise is the biggest issue. We only had one room next to ours, but you can hear everything. Conversations, people in corridors, people above you. The restaurant in the building is nothing to do with the hotel. We went to get drinks one night to take back to room and told we couldn’t. The hotel is clean, but I can’t say much more positive than that. Not worth the price, not value for money.

The air did not work right the whole time I stayed there, I told staff and they told me to open my window but the sirens from the road keep me awake, I will never stay here again

The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast - we had it included in our stay so I'm not sure how much it would cost if you had to pay for it on a day to day basis. At check in it appeared the staff were 17/18 year olds who didn't care whether you'd a good experience or not. The other staff we encountered in the bar/restaurant area were very nice and professional and seemed to be older than the children working at check-in. Our room was basic to say the least. Our mattress must have been about half an inch thick sitting on top of a wooden frame. The bathroom was filthy and needed a good clean. The 'air conditioning' was a joke and didn't work at all. The room was small with zero facilities to speak of. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me.

Overall stay wasn’t bad but probably wouldn’t stay again, reception staff were all young 18/19 years old and didn’t really wanna help, weren’t allowed to open room windows due to air conditioning rooms which is strange because the aircon didn’t work for our entire stay, room was like an oven, also got room clean and fresh towels which were stained (didn’t complain as was never in the room) on the last night I actually managed to open my room door without using keycard due to latch on frame being extremely worn. Decent enough shower but yeah wouldn’t stay again I’m afraid

Rooms & Facilities: Basic amenities were missing — no kettle, refrigerator, or internal telephone. For even small requests, you have to walk all the way to reception. When I asked for warm water for my 4-year-old- water bottle we were going to give, they just had to warm it for us, they said it would be charged €4, since no kettle was provided. AC & Comfort: The AC didn’t work, making the stay uncomfortable. Breakfast: Very poor spread with hardly any options, especially not kid-friendly despite their claims. Service: Overall service was unhelpful and below expectations. The only positive was the location, but the experience with the hotel, facilities, and service was terrible.
