Good location in the heart of Town

Stayed here for one night as part of a tour. It's located right in the heart of town, opposite the harbour. Rooms are nice & a reasonable size. The bathroom is good, with plenty of hot water. Breakfast is good with the standard choices. Recommended

Loved the family room on 2 levels, garden view wasn’t much as it overlooked onto police yard! But was clean, modern and a lovely bed. Tea with milk making in the room would have been nice instead of fruit tea. Underground car park will scrape your exhaust due to high kerbs -beware ! And must be pre booked which we didn’t know. I have stayed in several hundred hotels and the initial welcome is always important. Unfortunately we had 2 staff who were unhelpful bordering on rude. Later in the evening and next day staff were amazing… Deauville beach is huge, and the town itself was lovely.

This hotel was booked for a for a one night stay during a Costsaver group tour. This very pretty hotel is in a great location in Deauville opposite the marina and a short walk to the Casino. Good rooms and bathroom, good bar and breakfast areas.

Our tour company booked us here. The place is clean and comfortably big for two people. They seem very efficient, they had our keys ready when we arrive and by the time we got our bags off the bus the tour guide just had to pass them out. The hotel has free WiFi and USB-B style plugs. I did not see any USB-C connectors. They provide bathing gel. Part of our tour included dinner and breakfast. The dinner was a set menu with salad, chicken with sauce over mashed potatoes, and chocolate mouse. Everything tasted good and it was enough. It’s right across the street to the marina and a short walk to the casino. I’ve stayed in an Ibis years ago and this hotel matched the quality I remembered. I would stay here again.

Stayed for a long-weekend celebrating my wife's birthday. Ideally located near the marina with easy walking access to all of Deauville's sights and attractions. Also very near Trouville which was worth a visit. The hotel and room was clean and the staff helpful. A hidden gem is the outside terrace. Seemed to be underused but a great spot to sit in the sunshine with a drink. The only negative is the signage and branding which looks cheap compared to other hotels nearby.
