Great welcome from reception team! The breakfast has lots of choice and caters for all! Don’t be afraid to choose your own table at breakfast! Bedrooms are good, well maintained and very clean!! Pop into Maison Rouge opposite the hotel too! For a huge welcome!

We just left Novotel and had a lovely stay. The people were friendly and very accommodating. We needed more coffee and it was brought up to our room immediately. The room was small but perfect for 3 of us and the location is perfect. There are many restaurants,bats, and shops all around the hotel. There is a mall right behind and easy walk to all areas.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant in Novotel. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Armelle took great care of us, providing friendly and attentive service throughout our meal. The atmosphere was pleasant, and everything was well-organized. For three people, we spent 105 euros which was absolutely worth it considering the quality of the food and the overall experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience. Thank you, Armelle, for making our visit even more special!

This is a very nice hotel, with outstanding staff, in a great location. There are MANY wonderful places to eat close to the hotel and a metro station right in front of the hotel! Some nice toursity things are within a short walk (eg, Centre Pompidou, Bourse de Commerce) and, if you are are feeling energetic, it's not TOO far to walk to the Louvre, Sainte-Chapell or even Notre Dame. There's usually a taxi or two parked nearby and all the rideshare services can be there in just a couple of minutes. The breakfast buffet is good, maybe not great, but pretty good. The TV service went in and out periodically, but you don't come to Paris to watch TV! Bathroom was extremely clean. Housekeeping service was top notch. The best thing about the hotel, though, is the people who work there who were so kind and helpful to us. NOTE: The hotel is undergoing renovations right now, so for the next few months, that might be an issue. The construction noise wasn't too bad and only happened during the day so it shouldn't be a problem unless you want to talk a mid-day nap or if you have a video meeting or something like that.

Tabii ki! İşte İngilizceye çevrilmiş hali: --- Due to the broken ventilation system in the first room we stayed in, they moved us to three other rooms. The result was no different. When we spoke to other guests at the hotel, they said they had the same problem. We were in Paris for a wonderful vacation. Unfortunately, our hotel was very bad. Additionally, there was excessive noise due to the renovations being carried out at the hotel. I will not choose this hotel again.
