Each time we go, we are welcomed like family. Nothing is too much trouble for every member of the staff and they are all very helpful. The hotel rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds are so comfortable, they take all back pain away each night.

We visited from 15-17 June to celebrate our wedding anniversary and 30 years together. The hotel was situated close to restaurants and bars and attractions such as the Louvre. We had a fab time. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very attentive. We would definitely recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised by Novotel Paris Les Halles. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with the train station right in front and the Forum des Halles shopping mall at the rear. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and it's within easy walking distance to the Louvre and Seine River tours, making it perfect for an extended weekend outing with my niece. Despite being in the center of everything, the hotel has a peaceful garden in the center courtyard. The lounge area in the lobby, located in front of the restaurant, is great for sipping drinks and socializing. The on-site restaurant, which I discovered on the last day, served an excellent lunch and dessert with top-notch service! The room was clean, functional, and simple, with all the necessary supplies. While it may not be a luxury vacation hotel, for its location, socializing opportunities, and comfort, I would definitely return!

The hotel is in very good location, right next to subway stations and Westfield shopping mall. The hotel's infrastructure is old poorly maintained. Air conditioning was not working and took 4 times to make it just working. After 4 times repairs it could only makes the temperature maintained at 21 degree celcius the best with setting at 5 degree. Mattress is worn and pillows are too old. Pillows do not bounce up. They should all be replaced with new ones. Housekeeping is below standard. Didn't replace empty facial tissue and didn't wash used cups. Breakfast okay.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris. The rooms were spacious and the location was convenient to Notre Dame, the Louvre and shopping nearby. Many diverse restaurants nearby and a delicious bakery across the street! All of the staff I interacted with were super helpful, polite, and friendly.
