We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel les Halles. The staff were incredibly attentive to us, from the moment we arrived with the help of the bellboy to the young woman at reception (Helena, I believe) who checked us in. Everything was perfect. The highlight was the concierge, Fabrice, who assisted us when we had an issue with our flight tickets. He took a lot of time to help us, and it truly saved the rest of our trip – thank you! The hotel is undergoing some construction on the ground floor, but it didn't affect our stay as we weren’t disturbed in our room, and the staff were so kind that we didn’t mind at all. The location is very central, allowing us to get everywhere quickly. It was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely return here every time we visit Paris!

We can’t sleep because of bad services.

Aircon is not working. Telephone is not working. We spend two (2) nights without sleep because of a very hot room. We reported the issue on the receptionist twice. They just promised to fix it never done anything. Me and my wife are very frustrated. We don’t recommend this hotel.

Excellent, specially personal of the Hotel, particularly Paulo such a nice man, continuously worry about any need that we have, he helped us in many ways. Hope in my next visit all the amenities are set, like restaurant, the entrance, breakfast used to be better when I visited it in 2022, best regards to all the personal they’re the best!

My favorite hotel in the heart of my favorite district of Paris! Convenient location (close to train, shopping, restaurants) yet quiet and charming. Breakfast was lovely, well stocked in-room coffee/tea, friendly staff, very clean hotel that is well maintained (elevators fast!)

Great location, helpful staff but currently baorded up as being renovated.

Stayed here for 2 nights at the end of a month long trip. Great location and as per other reviews the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, we were unaware that the hotel is currently being renovated. The front is all boarded up and the outdoor courtyard is not available. As a result there is no natural light coming into the hotel. When we arrived security had to come out and get us as they obviously saw we could not find the entrance. We didn't enjoy our stay as it felt dark and pokey.
