This hotel is very nice, and what makes it wonderful is the staff! From the front desk to the those who work in the restaurant. Sarah at the front desk is superb, and so helpful and she deserves a promotion. And Bhing in the restaurant make is an experience to dine there. She is so cheerful and attentive. She has worked there for 20 years, and clearly loves caring for the customers and lover her job. Give Bhing a raise! Will return again.

Recommended hotel to stay for business and leisure Pro: 1. Room is clean , small but its enough 2. Breakfast is superb, very fresh and tasty. :) 3. Bar is good. Nice beer and the wine very generous 4. Location is great , short distance to altsdadt Cons: 1. Parking garage is 14 euro , but can park at road side or behind the road

I flew to Bremen airport, but my suitcase didn't make it. On arriving at the hotel, feeling stressed out, the receptionist was most sympathetic and helpful. The reception staff the following morning were also very helpful. The suitcase was delivered on that second day. I really appreciated the support the staff gave me. I felt that I was more than just another name on the guest list. Thank-you.
