If you're looking for a cheap but comfortable overnight stay on the way to somewhere else, this place is excellent. The room was a little small and quite basic, but it had a decent shower. The breakfast was good, with enough options to suit everyone. The staff were all friendly and spoke good English. This hotel has good parking and is situated at the side of a small retail park, which is why I made the comment about it being suitable to stay on the way somewhere. It's not somewhere you'd stay if you wanted to be near the beach and the old town.

Had a lovely weekend away. The hotel is very clean. It's basic but fine for our needs. Breakfast was lovely. Staff friendly and welcoming. The cat 🐈 is the best member of the team by far. Close to the harbour and the madeleine

Great small hotel situated a stones throw from the ferry terminal. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Everything we wanted. Great as a stopover. I wouldn’t go there for a holiday as it’s not really suited for that. Secure parking behind a barrier A warm welcome on arrival.

Good location, friendly staff and dogs are permitted. Unfortunately the cleaning under the beds is nonexistent and the remote for the TV don’t work. Breakfast is ok for the 3 star hotel, nothing fancy.

I have always thought of Ibis Hotels as being quite basic and not somewhere we would want to stay but due to a late ferry this hotel seemed a good location for one night. I stand corrected this hotel exceeded my expectations. Axel on reception could not do enough for us and made checking in and and settling in with a drink extremely easy, despite the fact he had a lot of other guests checking in at the same time. He is a credit to Ibis for his efficiency and good humour. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a night's stay. Breakfast was plentiful and good value for money with smiling helpful staff. We will most certainly stay here again.
