We are pleased to learn that you appreciated several aspects of your stay, including the welcome from our team, the cleanliness of your room, our breakfast, and the overall value for money. We are, however, sorry that your stay was disturbed by noise in the corridors. Unfortunately, when groups are staying at the hotel, they can sometimes create more noise than expected.
