We are sorry to read that your experience did not meet your expectations and that your first impression of our hotel was not a positive one. We fully understand your disappointment regarding the restaurant service on Sunday evening. Finding a limited menu, several unavailable dishes and meals that did not meet your expectations in terms of quality is certainly frustrating, especially after a long journey. Please accept our sincere apologies for this experience. Your comments regarding the food offering and the staffing level that evening have been carefully noted and shared with the relevant teams.
