Votre commentaire concernant la réactivité de nos collaborateurs lors de la modification de votre réservation nous fait également très plaisir. Nous attachons une grande importance à accompagner nos clients avec efficacité lorsque des imprévus surviennent, et nous sommes ravis que cette assistance ait été à la hauteur de vos attentes. En revanche, nous sommes sincèrement désolés que l'état de votre chambre n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Les remarques que vous formulez concernant le lit enfant, le nombre limité de prises électriques, la salle de bain, le rideau de baignoire ainsi que le nombre insuffisant de serviettes sont parfaitement légitimes. Nous vous présentons nos excuses pour ces désagréments, qui ont malheureusement altéré votre confort durant votre séjour en famille. Please accept our apologies for the missing cups in the bathroom upon your arrival. We are pleased that our team was able to quickly resolve the issue by providing you with glasses. Regarding breakfast, we completely understand your comment. Our buffet is designed to offer a wide variety of products to suit all tastes. However, we appreciate your suggestion of offering a lighter breakfast option at a reduced price and will pass it on to our management team. Regarding the difference between the price displayed online and the one shown at reception, we sincerely apologize for the confusion.
