Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms were clean as were the bathrooms. One towel per person. No hand towel or face cloths. No Kleenex, no toiletries, a small piece of soap in the bathroom, no extra blanket and electrical plugs were a nightmare! I literally had to crawl on the floor and plug my CPAP machine underneath a small shelf attached to the wall beside the bed! The blow dryer was awful - it barely blew air. The TV in the room did not work. Beds were semi-comfortable. No fridge or coffee maker in the room. Pool was nice but it could have used a vacuum. Be aware - no pool towels, so bring your own. Free Parking on site. Breakfast was very good.

Where to start... We turned up to check in. There were 2 people ahead of us. One man working on reception. It took a little over 30 minutes for us to be seen. In that time, 2 other staff members behind the reception just having a chat. Quite easily could've stepped in to assist. Whilst checkin in, numerous people turned up to complain there was no air con, and the rooms weren't made up. I went to my room and, to be fair, it was OK. My colleague went to his room about 30 minutes later to find it occupied by someone else! They'd checked in after us... I cannot believe that this can happen with a computer booking system. Absolutely ridiculous.

Monsieur Walker, Votre avis ne concerne absolument pas notre établissement, l'hôtel Ibis à Arles. Nous vous laissons vérifier de votre côté, et vous demandons de corriger cette erreur.

This hotel has yet to refund me for leaving early. Asked me to email have done so 3 times stoped by twice. So avoid this hotel management is a joke and incompetent and lazy. Shame it came to this with this hotel but the staff was friendly just management needs to be sacked

There is about 120 people staying here with Tripadeal, one of those people is me. I simply asked the bar lady and the receptionist for some ice and water and they said ‘No!’ However, later I see a man given some ice in a glass. Simply just two very rude ladies!

Dear Jim, As you said, you were a group of 120 people, and most of you had brought your own drinks, even if we have our own bar. Many of you had asked for ice and glasses. We could'nt satisfied all the group. Normaly, we sell only our drinks. We hope that you have apprecied other services of the hotel and that your stay was not spoiled for ices and water. Best regards

The worst place, the receptionist was unbelievably rude. She barely acknowledged me and was most unhelpful.. I asked for a pool towel and was informed that I needed to use my room towel. When I mentioned that it would be wet when I showered later, she shrugged her shoulders and dismissed me. Breakfast was budget, the coffee machine out of order, no knifes or teaspoons or water to drink. Limited selection of food for a buffet. The room was pokey and the shower broken. Avoid this place.
