I stayed at this hotel last week (I was attending a conference in Toulouse). Overall I enjoyed my stay. I'd especially like to thank Philippe, who was very helpful in accommodating my various requests (e.g. helping me get an invoice from a taxi driver who only accepted cash payments). I'd also like to thank Philippe's colleague at the front desk (unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but he always wore a blue suit jacket). He was also very helpful (e.g. helping me book a taxi to visit the Basilica of Saint-Sernin).

Although the staff member was very nice, friendly & professional at reception & the room was comfortable that is about all I can say positively! It seems the hotel was not at all full (I asked) but some how they cramped everyone on the first floor. It’s was very noisy & busy corridor the whole night. Secondly, sorry to say but roomservice food was really not good at all. The French fries were terrible & cold and the steak was tasteless & not at all appetizing.

Napman15 Solo travel - Ulasan TripAdvisor tersertifikasi

Arrived on a Friday evening flight - no shuttle as advertised, restaurant and bar closed. Saturday morning, no service - couldn’t even serve me coffee and nowhere close by. This is NOT a hotel and should not have any rating as such. Do not book on the basis you may only get a bed - nothing to do with Covid-19 restrictions. Why is this an airport hotel? Even the nearby IBIS was running a shuttle service … but that’s a hotel.

Note that the shuttle service is available Monday to Friday, every hour from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Beyond these hours and also during the weekend, you have the possibility to take the tram whose stop is 5 minutes from the hotel or to take a taxi. We are surprised to read your comment on coffee because it is quite possible to have it for breakfast or in your room if necessary. We had to rent one of their business rooms for a professional workshop. The room was very clean, spacious, and very well equipped. All the staff was very professional and helpful. Service is top quality! We then had a great lunch. The service was again very good and the food quality high level as well! All in all, a great experience with a fantastic customer service from the first point of contact to the very end of our journey! We will definitely come back there for our next workshop or other activity.

Good service, but room need rennovation

I like the staff and the friendliness on the hotel. The issue I see is that my room was quite old and some of the bathroom appliences were broken. Maybe some rennovation will be needed (or has already started?). As I needed to go to Airbus, it is good located for business people.
