预订四人客房，两张床分隔了两个空间并各自配有卫生间，非常棒的空间。酒店早饭也不错，就是开车前往道路过于复杂，开错了三次才最终找到酒店，酒店的停车也非常方便。

While the location was very convenient and the public areas of the hotel were quite pleasant, the rooms were, at most, very basic. The hotel rooms are old and worn with evident deterioration of drains, mirrors and paint. Carpets, especially in hallways, are filthy. Staff was pleasant. We had a dinner that was quite nice. Breakfast was very ordinary. Towels were thin and very worn. Bed were comfortable with really nice pillows. We stayed only two nights and were honestly pleased it was no longer. I realize it is well-used, expensive and gets tremendous numbers of occupants but room maintenance is clearly not a priority. I didn’t anticipate luxury but with an overall four star rating I would have thought it would be much nicer.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, explaining clearly the hotel layout and times of meals / options. They also had pre arranged a taxi to collect us from the TGV which was very much appreciated, as was their arrangements for the taxi back to the TGV following our check out time - they know Avignon very well and made sure we had plenty of time allowing for the traffic and possible delays. A great big "thank you" as it made the whole experience so relaxing Mercure Pont d'Avignon is excellently located for all sights of this amazing location and if you should consider a stay in Avignon, then the Hotel Mecure Pont d'Avignon is the perfect option We ate in their restaurant for an evening meal which was very nice and well presented as good as any high class restaurant

We had an exceptional stay at the Hotel. The location, breakfast, and services were all great. Souvenir shop outside. Check-in was incredibly fast, and they gave us a great room. Overall, our stay in Avignon was a delight. Highly recommend!!

Comfortable hotel on a back alley near the famous half bridge. Has a restaurant with a bit of an abbreviated menu. Includes patio seating. Room kind of small. I had an alley view. Windows do open for outside air. Small fridge included. High-sided step into shower/bath. Bed a bit lumpy. Near several small shops. 5 minute walk to the Pope's Palace.
