Good Novotel - usual standards so you know exactly what you are getting for the money. Great location near to Delugi Tag, approx 5 mins walk away, but also quiet. Reasonably priced for a big city 4 star hotel and has the big advantage of an onsite ground level car park and also a grassy park area for sunbathing. Nice beds, bathrooms, safety deposit boxes. Fridges etc. good wifi and easy to log on. Only negative is poor choice of English TV channels, no BBC or SkyNews.

Good for families but need improvement in Breakfast and Housekeeping

The hotel has a lot going for it, especially for families. Its proximity to the old town is a major plus, making it easy to walk to many attractions. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the play options for kids are great. Breakfast was a mixed bag. The pancakes were good, but after four days of the exactly the same menu, it became monotonous. I think the Chef is too lazy with his choices. The lack of a toaster and the limited bread choices were also disappointing. The biggest issue was with housekeeping. They did not change our towels even after we asked them to, which was quite annoying. While the reception staff were pleasant and helpful, the housekeeping staff did not meet our expectations. In summary, this hotel is in a great location and has some nice amenities, but it needs to improve its housekeeping and breakfast variety to offer a better overall experience. I would not recommend opting for breakfast if your stay is more than a day. The city has better options for breakfast.

Great hotel very close to Długa Targ and all of the main attractions in Gdansk. This was great for a family as it had a nice little play area outside for the kids as well as an Xbox in the lobby and a small play corner inside too. The staff were very friendly and we found the rooms to be clean and tidy. Overall, this hotel was a great value. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

My brother recommended this hotel as he had stayed in the hotel a few years ago. I am so pleased that I took his advice and booked the hotel. The hotel is a very nice hotel. All the staff are so nice, helpful and friendly. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels every day. It was lovely to come back to our hitel room every morning after our room had been cleaned and find a lovely clean fresh smell when you opened the room door. The hotel is in a beautiful location and within walking distance of the beautiful Old Gdańsk Town. The breakfast has a great selection of hot and cold food, coffees, teas and juices. The only thing that was missing from the breakfast selection was porridge. I would recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone who is going to the very beautiful Gdańsk city. 😍

We visited this hotel for 3 nights. On arrival the room wasn’t ready (we arrived very early) but we could store our luggage and the lovely receptionist Katarzyna showed us the places to see during our stay. She was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her.The bar area is very relaxing with a play area for kids. The hotel is 5 minutes away from town and nearby shops.
