Down the hill clearly to cut costs. Was good hotel, but not anymore.

The wifi TV does not work. The last 10 times I stayed there, it didn´t. To cut costs, no more channels on TV. The Gym has 2 treadmills for a huge number of rooms. The music is disgusting, cheap versions of famous musics, just to save money. I´ve been staying in this Novotel unit for years, and I see it is going down the hill. Used to be good, but lately is a disaster. Never more. By by Novotel Morumbi.

My accommodations were quite cramped, with a very small room. The bathroom and shower are small, separate spaces. The main room, which I believe may have undergone recent renovations, was in decent condition, but the shower door track was filthy and had hair and black mold in it, giving the impression that it had never been cleaned. That I only had to spend two nights here makes me happy.
