I’ve stayed at the Novotel a few times in the last 20 years when I come to Sao Jose dos Campos, I like the central location and the pool is decent despite its proximity to the dutra. My stay this week was the first time for around 7 years and sorry to say it’s probably going to be my last until the hotel has been refurbished. I think I’d but right in saying the rooms haven’t been done for 20 years, so they are now very, very tired looking. Staff were nice as always, breakfast OK too.

Ivan, Luan, and Victor provided fantastic hospitality. Very attentive and genuinely friendly. The rooms are nice, the newly renovated pool under palm trees is a fantastic reprieve. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Not bad - comfortable stay

Not a bad hotel, and my stay was comfortable enough. Wifi worked well and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited, but OK for a week or so - the restaurant was good too, with some great steaks! Didn't try the pool, but looked clean and seemed popular.
