A small hotel in Rennes. The room was very small, there was not even 30 cm of space from the wall to the bed. The door to the room was cracked at the floor. The room was dirty, with a lot of dust. There was garbage in the bathroom, dirty bathroom. The tables in the restaurant were very narrow and the food trays were dirty. The staff is unprofessional, scattered, disorganized. I do not recommend staying in this hotel.

OK for an overnight stay

We stayed here in April as we were travelling through France from Caen. The staff were functional and reasonably efficient but lacked any warmth and limited English too. No onsight food meant we had to go out for a meal and th breakfast offering was way overpriced, so we diclined. The room and bathroom was clean and tidy, but no tea or coffee facilities in the room made the stay less comfortable, but was available in the Ibis in Portsmouth! Wouldn't rush to revisit.

Worst Ever Hotel We Have EVER stayed at! Do Not Book this hotel!

This was the last night of our holiday before sailing from Roscoff to Plymouth the following day! We checked in late due to weather condition - this was relatively easy to do. The car park was full and not in anyway secure! The room was extremely small, extremely dirty and absolutely stank of smoke and other substances! Even though we opened the window the smell was overpowering. As we arrived late there was noone on reception to ask if there were any other rooms availaible. I had to spray the bedding and flooring with perfume, deodourant and anything I could get my hands on but still the smell of smoke came through! I also had to clean the remote controls, the desk, the bedside shelves and the toilet! IT seems that there is no hygiene in this hotel at all. We could also hear guest in the rooms opposite our room and the rooms above so we didn't sleep very well at all. It is a good job that we were only staying for one night. This hotel gives IBIS a BAD Name, we stayed at other IBIS hotels during our holiday and they were by far more superior to this one. This one hotel that I will never stay in again nor will I recommend it. Also my husband has wide shoulders and could only just fit in the 'cabin sized' bathrom and the shower dripped all night on its own accord! Filthy, smelly and generally non hygienic - PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
