Wir hatten 6Tage im Sofitel Broadbeach und waren grundsätzlich zufrieden. Vom Oceanview Highfloor-Zimmer hatte man eine tolle Sicht und die Zimmer waren sauber und alles hat funktioniert. Man merkt, dass das Bad schon seine besten Tage hinter sich hat und man müsste da mal renovieren. Die Dusche ist auch recht eng aber grundsätzlich war alles da war man brauchte. Ein wenig enttäuscht waren vom Christmasdinner im Restaurant in der 3. Etage. Alles sehr clean und eher Kantine als gemütliches Restaurant. Hier hätten ein paar rote und grüne Bänder oder Girlanden um die weißen Säulen Wunder bewirkt. Die Kellner waren jedoch alle sehr freundlich und bemüht. Besonders positiv möchten wir Katharina vom Frontoffice erwähnen. Sie hat uns wärend unserer Ankunft sehr gut beraten und auf alle unsere Fragen immer eine Antwort gehabt.

At the same time, we sincerely appreciate your constructive comments. Your remarks regarding the condition of the bathroom, including the grout, have been noted and are being considered as part of our ongoing maintenance and refurbishment planning. Your feedback regarding the shower size is also valuable for future improvements. We regret to hear that the Christmas dinner in our Level 3 restaurant did not meet your expectations in terms of atmosphere. Your suggestion for a more festive decoration is very much appreciated and will certainly be taken into account for future holiday events. We are particularly sorry for the inconsistencies you experienced with the Housekeeping service, including the miscommunication regarding room cleaning requests and the undelivered coffee capsules. This is not reflective of our service standards, and we will review our internal communication processes to ensure this is improved.
