Voy por partes. -precio , estando en julio hospedados y habiendo contratado unos dias antes, quizas parezca caro .... pero no lo es siendo el mes que es. -localizacion; muy cerca de le seyn sur~mer , muy cerca de ulloiles, a un paso de la autopista, parking grande y gratis, cerrado por la noche! Perfecto. Había leído alguna reseña que hablaba de ruidos del tráfico de la autopista, nada! Dormíamos con la ventana abierta para no tirar de AC y descansamos sin molestias. -estancia: hotel acojedor, cama quizas algo tierna. Aunque he de decir que yo soy de camas muy duras. Limpia . Importante. -desayuno: espectacular, zumo de naranja natural!! Nunca lo ha visto en ningún hotel. Tienen la maquina ( la típica de bar que le hechan las naranjas por arriba) pues tomate los que quieras. Todo muy bueno. Como contras; - la bañera, un poco alta, mejor un plato de ducha, yo estoy operado de espalda y me costaba un poco entrar. -también he encontrado a faltar un mini bar en la habitación. -mosquitera en la ventana, estaría muy bien, ya que en verano hay gente que nos presta más dormir con la ventana abierta que con AC, porque lo digo, porque hay mucho mosquito en la zona. No en concreto en el hotel, sino en la zona en general. Unas mosquiteras serian una opción genial. Todo y esto lo recomiendo totalmente. Un saludo -personal; muy amable todo el mundo, haciendo esfuerzos para entenderse con nosotros, pero muy amables y muy atentos , sobre todo una chica jovenque lleva gafas, es un encanto. Super atenta y amable. Gracias. -

Good hotel for a stay at the french riviera between Marseilles & St Tropez

Nice stay at the Hotel for 1 week between Marseilles & St Tropez. The location is not sexy along the highway. The receptionists are not customer oriented (I asked her to close the blinder in the room but didn't want to do it).

overall the hotel rooms are lovely and modern and the cleaning staff were very efficient.All the staff were friendly on the reception.The location is on an industrial estate and you do get road noise from the A50 when by the pool but this is manageable as you are on the main route to the coast within 25 minutes.The pool area was nice but watch out for the wasps when its hot as we got stung. I couldn't fault the continental breakfast as it was plentiful and had lots of good fresh fruit and yogurts available alongside the usual croissants etc. Unfortunately we had a couple of negatives to take up with the hotel and Accor chain due to the fire safety issue we encountered with the management of a fire evacuation and also issues with food under cooked/raw at the restaurant on our last night out with my family and 20 month old baby.As noted i have taken these up with Accor as the response i got in hotel was not really helpful or decisive enough and was told to fill in the review on the email once sent out to us. Overall i must note that the fire safety passive areas such as detectors and fire doors on rooms and corridors were to a good standard and it was a management/ procedural issues of poor communication to gusts on what to do that i wish to raise centrally with Accor. Its a shame these 2 things really spoilt our holiday and would really inhibit me booking with Ibis Styles and Accor again.

Everything Ok, unless the breakfast not good in the first day of my stay. Several items were not replanished, including basic things as bread, plates, napkins, sugar. The lady who I asked for those item she was nervous with the situation - what I can understand , but she was RUDE with customers, including my wife - what I can't accept. To compensate, at reception mr. Eric was great, helpful, kind, really good professional. For this reason I consider GOOD, because at the restaurant the situation was really BAD.

Good Room, Poor Breakfast

The hotel is located in an industrial park, convenient to major roads and 10 minutes from beaches. You need a car. Ample parking lot with Tesla electric charging stations. Staff is professional and pleasant. Rooms are good size, comfortable, clean and updated. Breakfast was a disappointment. Good, fresh orange juice. The rest was of poor quality. Coffee was watery (either poor quality coffee beans or incorrect machine settings). Bread was industrial baguettes (please get bread from Paul, located less than a minute away). There were no warm dishes. Cold boiled eggs were peeled and displayed in a bowl. The same bowl with the same eggs appeared on each of the three days we were there. Do NOT peel boiled eggs for clients. Either let them peel their own (for obvious reasons of hygiene), or provide a facility for boiling eggs. The ham and cheese slices were of the minimum standards. This was the worst breakfast we ever had at an Ibis Styles in France.
