Hello Julio M., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, although we sincerely regret that your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to apologize for the frustration caused by the location of your room and the refusal you encountered. To provide some context, your stay lasted 4 days, during which the hotel was fully booked almost every night. It was therefore unfortunately impossible for us to change your room due to the lack of availability. Please be assured that if an alternative had been possible, we would have gladly made the change. Furthermore, we would like to mention that the rooms located at the end of the building are actually part of our superior categories, offering a more modern and higher-quality comfort than those closer to the reception. We also take good note of your comment regarding the carpet stains so that our housekeeping team can schedule a deep cleaning promptly.
