Our rooms are equipped with a central air system that delivers cooled air — it differs from individual air conditioning but remains effective in maintaining a comfortable temperature in most conditions. We understand your expectations, especially when traveling with a baby, and we regret that it fell short during your stay. We also noticed an incorrect mention of "air conditioning" on our Tripadvisor page, which we have since corrected to avoid future confusion — thank you for indirectly helping us improve clarity. Regarding the room service delay, please accept our apologies. This does not reflect our usual standards, and we’re taking steps to prevent such situations in the future. Regarding the in-room fitness equipment, these were initially intended as a thoughtful addition for guests wishing to maintain their wellness routine in the comfort of their room. That said, we completely understand your point of view, and we will make a point on those items to avoid compromising space and comfort. I also sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the safe. We will ensure that all team members receive proper training to handle such situations promptly and efficiently in the future. As for dinner, I’m truly sorry that it did not meet your expectations. We are pleased to hear that you found the room comfortable and quiet, and that you enjoyed the breakfast and the friendliness of our team. We understand your comments regarding certain aspects of the decor and room layout. While the hotel has been renovated, we acknowledge that some elements, such as the ceilings, have not yet been fully modernized, and we are considering improvements to make everything more cohesive and enjoyable. Regarding your restaurant experience, we apologize for the confusion with the menu and appreciate that you were able to enjoy a personalized dish due to your health. I am truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and does not reflect the standards we strive for at our hotel. I appreciate your kind words about the comfortable beds, but I regret that the dated decor and overall service fell short. We recognize that our hotel is older, and it was built in two phases, which does explain the layout with long corridors and the location of the elevator. We are actively working on improvements to enhance our guests' experience. I'm sorry to hear about your experience in the bar and restaurant as well. The lack of staff presence, along with the limited dining options you encountered, is not acceptable. We pride ourselves on providing quality meals, and I regret that the food did not meet your expectations. We are currently reviewing our menu offerings to ensure that we can provide better choices and ensure timely service during busy hours. Regarding the coffee-making facilities in the rooms, I understand your frustration. Our initiative to reduce single-use items is part of our commitment to sustainability, but we want to balance that with guest comfort as we offer a voucher for a coffee at our bar.
