Dear Guest, Thank you for this detailed feedback and for your loyalty to the Accor group, as well as for your trust as a member of the ALL Accor programme. We are glad that you were able to enjoy our pool and that our team, breakfast and the cleanliness of your room were satisfactory. We are sincerely sorry that the bottle of champagne was not delivered to your room as planned, and even more so that this happened twice. We fully understand how important this gesture was for your stay as a couple during a special family occasion, and we are truly sorry. Regarding our bar hours and the availability of late-night snacks, we take note of your wish for a later service. We do offer a snacking menu until approximately 11pm, and we regret that this did not meet your expectations. Regarding the privatisation of the terrace due to a wedding, we understand that the noise may have been slightly disruptive. We always aim to offer alternatives to our other guests in such situations, and we are glad that access to the pool could be maintained for you. We are glad that you enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the quality of our breakfast. Regarding the bathroom configuration, we would like to clarify that this corresponded to the room type booked at the time of your reservation ; a room adapted for guests with reduced mobility, whose open bathroom layout is inherent to its design. We understand however that this may have caused some discomfort during your stay. Regarding the presence of mould, we sincerely apologise. This has been immediately reported to our housekeeping team to be addressed as soon as possible. We are glad that the cleanliness of your room was satisfactory. Regarding the faulty safe and the poorly hung curtains, we sincerely apologise. These issues have been reported to our technical team to be fixed as soon as possible, as they do not reflect the standards we wish to offer our loyal guests like yourself. Regarding the choice offered at dinner, we would like to clarify that our menu is intentionally concise in order to prioritise fresh, locally sourced and homemade products. We are nonetheless sorry if this did not meet your expectations, especially compared to your previous stays. Regarding the wifi connection speed, we take note of your comment, which will be shared with our technical team.
