We hadden een prima verblijf, omdat het voor ons maar 1 nacht was. Maar prijs kwaliteit kwam niet helemaal overeen. Front desk was vriendelijk bij binnenkomst. We vonden de badkamer wel echt ver onder de maat. De voegen onder de schimmel, draden aan het plafond en andere vieze smurrie op de plafond platen. Daarnaast was het douchen in de badkuip ook geen succes. De deur was smoezelig en het was glibberig voor onze zoon. Gevaarlijk gewoon en eigenlijk niet meer van deze tijd om te douchen in een bad. Ook had het tapijt wat onverklaarbare vlekken, eigenlijk niet iets wat je zou willen als gast. Het aanbod van het restaurant was ok, echter was de hoeveelheid wespen wel schokkend. Zodra we het eten hadden, konden we niet meer normaal buiten eten en moesten verhuizen naar binnen. Dat het personeel deze verhuizing vervelend vond, lieten ze duidelijk blijken. Ze deden niet heel vriendelijk meer daarna. Na ons zagen we dit nog veel meer gasten doen. Daarnaast was onze bestelling helemaal niet zo groot, maar was er toch een deel vergeten en werd echt veel later gebracht. Jammer, want daardoor hadden we het gevoel als gezin te eten in shifts. Het zwembad was leuk, mijn zoon heeft daar heerlijk even een verfrissend duikje kunnen doen.

Snel afhandeling in de lounge. Daarna genoten van de faciliteiten. Even wat drinken bij het zwembad de kinderen zwemmen. Daarna even lekker eten en dan slapen voor de laatste reis naar onze definitieve bestemming. Niet anders dan een geweldig verblijf.

Jarenlang (niet veelvuldige, maar wel trouwe) klant bij Accor. Geboekt als uitvalsbasis voor mij en mijn partner bij een doopfeest binnen mijn familie. - men is tot tweemaal toe onze fles champagne op kamer vergeten - uiteindelijk van de rekening afgehaald… Een romantisch duwtje in de rug dat ik graag had willen gebruiken… - ik verwacht binnen de groep, op deze locatie, een bar die enerzijds tot laat snacks aanbied en die alleszins later open is dan 23.00… - ik verwacht eigenlijk geen huwelijk georganiseerd in dit type hotel zelf, met privaat inzetten van het terras, zonder de gasten een degelijk alternatief te bieden (wel fijn dat we nog konden zwemmen)… Geluid was licht storend (gezien ons hectisch reisschema gebruikten wij de kamer enkele uren als dagkamer)… Op zich geen dingen die tot klachten leiden ter plaatse, maar niet ‘naar verwachting’ voor een boeking bij Novotel…

Hadden ons een kamer gegeven voor rolstoel patiënt. Heel de badkamer was de douche, dus na het douchen was heel de badkamer nat tot aan de wc en deur. Niet ideaal als je na het douchen weer de badkamer op moest, of gebruik moest maken van het toilet. Zeker aan renovatie toe. Veel schimmel in alle hoeken. Ik vond deze kamer zeker zijn geld niet waard!!!! Bed was goed, ontbijt ook goed.

Ik wil de titel van de beoordeling verduidelijken. De kluis was defect. De overgordijnen zaten niet in de haken wat heel slordig overkwam. Wat betreft het diner is de keuze zeer beperkt. Voorgaande jaren was beter.

Wij waren met de hond op doorreis. Uitstekend verblijf gehad. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Schone en nette kamer. Enig minpuntje vonden wij de menukaart in het restaurant maar dat is persoonlijk. Ik had een biefstuk als hoofdgerecht, dat was net kauwgom zo taai. Voorgerecht was wel goed.

Het hotel zelf viel erg tegen. Wij komen altijd bij Novotel (andere accomodaties) en deze is niet vergelijkbaar. Dingen waren stuk, schimmel in de badkamer, heel gehorig, duidelijk een oud gebouw dat uit elkaar begint te vallen. Het personeel is wel uiterst vriendelijk. Maar voor ons is de prijs kwaliteit-verhouding niet in proporties.
