Wij waren met de hond op doorreis. Uitstekend verblijf gehad. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Schone en nette kamer. Enig minpuntje vonden wij de menukaart in het restaurant maar dat is persoonlijk. Ik had een biefstuk als hoofdgerecht, dat was net kauwgom zo taai. Voorgerecht was wel goed.

Het hotel zelf viel erg tegen. Wij komen altijd bij Novotel (andere accomodaties) en deze is niet vergelijkbaar. Dingen waren stuk, schimmel in de badkamer, heel gehorig, duidelijk een oud gebouw dat uit elkaar begint te vallen. Het personeel is wel uiterst vriendelijk. Maar voor ons is de prijs kwaliteit-verhouding niet in proporties.

We hebben op D. b.g.g., op D. 1e en op D. 2e overnacht D. afgelopen 2 jaar. Hoe hoger je komt des te smoezeliger het wordt, vooral D. badkamer op D. 3e.

We are pleased that you appreciated the comfort of our beds as well as the quality of your arrival and check-in. However, we are sincerely sorry for the cleanliness issues you observed, particularly in the bathrooms on the upper floors. Your comments regarding the need to modernize the bathrooms, clean the ceiling screws, and renew the sealant do not reflect the quality standards we aim to provide. These points have been immediately forwarded to our housekeeping team and management to be addressed as soon as possible. Regarding your comment about the towel message, we understand that this may create an unpleasant feeling. Your feedback will be taken into account to adjust our communication on this point.
