Unfortunately, we didn’t leave with good memories after our 3-night family stay at this property. The service provided is far below what you’d expect from an international brand — definitely needs serious improvement. That said, the natural beauty of the area and the free parking are two positives worth mentioning. Hope to see some changes in the future.

The hotel is as described, the staff are great and helpful, very child friendly. The restaurant food is tasty but the menu is limited. A 15 min taxi ride to antibes station for easy access to great family friendly beaches. We only stayed for a few nights as part of a bigger holiday and it was perfect for a few days.

My room had a really bad smell (like rotten cheese) and the bedsheets had rips and small holes. There was a whole on the ceiling near the door and one on the door of the toilet. Hallway felt dump and moldy. Mold was also over the cushions and umbrellas outside in the pool area (nothing like the photos on the website). The quality of the food at the restaurant was ok, but ours of operation were not clear. Same with “room service”, as it needed to be ordered and collected from reception as there is no phone in the room to call to order. There was good wifi, breakfast, bar and service. The reception area was comfortable. The bathroom had really good shampoo, conditioner and soap products. The room I booked didn’t match much of the photos or the descriptions on the website (like missing a sofa). It felt really dated and poorly maintained (except for the reception/lobby area that was newer)

Low service level, unpolite staff. At 3 hours after check in , I still did not had towels for shower in room. I annouced the staff about it, but after 30 min of waiting I still did not get any towel. When I went to reception they were very unpolite and they simply said that they do not not have any towel but they can give my a swiming pool towel to be used by the hole family. Clerly they are not 4*, and I have seriuos doubts that they are un hospitality business. Swuming pool terance was realy dirty.
