Hey Guys !! Again it’s the welcome and what a friendly, warm and happy welcome from Thomas at Reception. Absolutely brilliant, after a long drive, the hotel fully booked and Thomas the Receptionist was so busy, yet he welcomed us in a warm And professional way and helped us out to. 10/10+. The room is very nice, the hotel has a lovely bar and again Maya looked after me and the kids very well. Theres a large free car park too and it’s very secure. We also have a complimentary breakfast included here. For us it’s a great place to stop off on a driving journey to South of France or heading back from. And it’s only 2 mins from the A6. Not to mention there’s a large superstore /Hypermarket next door. I highly recommend this hotel on that basis. The price range is very reasonable but during high Occupancy it can be Slightly higher. But that’s everywhere. Standard double and Twins Rooms are from 79-140 Euros I believe. Thanks you Ibis Styles……

Don't charge you car here, they charge you for an extra 50 euros when you are connected longer!!! So I want my money back!!! I charged my hybrid car on the terrain of the hotel. There were a lot of free places, so my car was connected till the next morning. But they have charged me for extra 50 euros! How could I know this? When the person at the in- check desk informed me about this, I could avoid this! I find this very client unfriendly!!! Or place a sign by the charging stations, with a warning! I send an e-mail with this complaint to the hotel and they send me a reply in French!? And told me to contact Total Energies????? I am a customer of them and charged the car on their terrain, which is closed by a gate in the night!

Monsieur, les bornes sont gérées par le groupe Total qui ne sont pas les premiers venus sur ce marché l'assistance que vous avez eu au téléphone à essayer de vous aider mais l'attitude que vous avez eu avec eux , n'ont pas facilité les échanges et je le regrette

Ibis should create another brand for this hotel 'Ibis Crap'

I have never stayed in such a depressing dump. Tatty in the middle of nowhere , overlooked by a massive glassworks. Understaffed with a great depression hanging over the whole place. On the positive side if you happen to be incontinent the tiny uncomfortable beds are covered in cheap plastic in case you have a mishap . I think if you go to Chalon sur Saone and get yourself arrested by the police your accommodation will be more cheery and comfortable for the night. I wish I had parked up at a aire and slept in the car.

I have been saying with the Accor Group of hotels for over 40 years and I have to say this one is right at the bottom of the pile with very few positives . The main positives are the shower and hard working lady at breakfast Location is in the middle of a commercial park with a huge factory view from the back of the hotel , where our room was . Lights on all night Triple glazing so no road noise thankfully . A hypermarket is ten minutes walk away . As is the bus stop with the No3 taking you into town . The welcome was not the best . Despite silver Accor group membership , which normally means a complimentary drink ,we where advised the hotel offered complimentary water fountain ?! It’s not about the drink it’s the lack of acknowledgment. We where then advised the restaurant was closed only when I asked can we make a reservation , not ideal when there is so little nearby except a Bar grill . Which offers average food for a reasonable price to be honest but not what I expected . Again despite being booked for over 9 months , no advise email to say restaurant closed was sent The room was fine except for weird smell , stale smoke I suspect . The towels where very thin but the bed nice and comfy and as mentioned the shower great . As with all the Accor group toiletries have been massively down graded with ‘one for all ‘ approach from a dispenser . Bar service was non existent unless you wanted to order via a QR code , which ironically offered full restaurant service despite restaurant being closed . Half the wines where out of stock and the prices buried so deep in the scrolling we gave up and went to our room. No complimentary hot drinks in reception as with many Ibis Styles and no machines in room , so bring a kettle and own coffee … Staff seemed non plussed in offering local advise , when we enquired about buses the chap seemed surprised , he said he could offer us cabs ?! 1.35€ into town and 20 minutes journey is perfect on the bus by the way 👍🏼 Breakfast was poor with very little choices except serial and a few pasteries , cheese and bread . Cereal and poor fruit . Sliced bread would have helped of even boiled eggs . Not the hook it used to be with Ibis Styles .

Ideally situated, minutes from the main road. Clean, tidy and modern, and plenty of parking, and there is a bar and restaurant. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fine, but we had dinner on arrival and it was poor and expensive. Set in commercial outskirts, so restaurants nearby. Would stay again for a stopover but would bring something to eat for the evening.

Madame, Monsieur, merci pour votre commentaire mais le restaurant n'était pas ouvert dimanche soir come tous es dimanche soir donc vous n'avez pas pu diner dans notre restaurant. Je vous souhaite une belle journée
