Perfect place to stop on the way back from south of France . Hotel is very nice and 2mins drive from motorway and 5mins drive from city which is beautiful. Hotel is clean, staff are very efficient, top pool and perfect breakfast. Very good for children, ours lived it.

Useful location just off motorway & has a pool that’s good in the summer. Pricey for a Novotel but we stayed in high season. I’m only leaving this review to say DON’T EAT AT THE RESTAURANT! We waited over 2 hours for 1 course & ice cream with 2 kids & staff were rude & unhelpful - it wasn’t even that busy! Crap service usually does not bother me but this was next level. We were staying here to break a long journey in half & just wanted to eat & go to bed. The length of wait for utterly mediocre overpriced food was insane. We almost split & went to the McDonald’s just up the road after 40 minutes of sitting there & not even being offered a drink - wish we had! BE WARNED!

terrible service no one has a clue what theyre doing. avoid at all costs. sleep in car if necessary. worst hotel ive ever visited. embarrassing service. restaurant staff walk around aimlessly. come here if youre ok with 40 minute wait times between each course.

My wife and I stay overnight at the Novotel, Beaune, during our annual drive to southern France, and again on the return trip. Although the hotel is situated near to the town and autoroute (making it easily accessible) it is a haven of peace and a welcome break from the journey. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient, and most of them, including the reception staff, speak English. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the food is very good. If you have time, I recommend staying several days and visiting the interesting old town of Beaune.

入住的時候可能溝通不良，搞錯早餐費用。住了9晚，每天的早餐都是一樣。大概不是很歡迎long stay 的客人。
