Stayed in a junior suite and JUST WOW, what a hotel. Cant recommend this hotel enough. The room we had was huge, separate sitting area and great sized bedroom. The room was spotlessly clean and really well appointed. We had room service on the 2 nights we were there. The food was delicious and really well priced. Above all the Staff at this hotel were amazing, so friendly and helpful, from the reception staff to the bar staff, We will DEFINITELY BE BACK, thank you again, Stephen Jillian, and Alex

Stayed in February 2025 and have just booked again for February 2026. The hotel is a great place to stay and in a fantastic location. The staff are very friendly and helpful - many thanks to Camille for helping with my booking

The hotel generally is fine. However, there is no heating - even in our privilege room for which we paid extra. We are expected to wrap ourselves in blankets. Mercure policy seems to be that no heating is available until October. How can this claim to be a hotel?

First of all, please be aware that none of our ACCOR group hotels turned the heating back on on September 4th. We are in a period where nights can be cooler, and for this reason, we provide additional duvets to our guests upon request. Our eco-label initiatives also explain our reasonable actions regarding the use of electrical services, which is a highly topical issue for our planet. Nevertheless, we are always striving for your comfort, and our ambassadors have proven that they are attentive to your needs and try to meet your personal needs. Excellent customer service, everyone happy to help, receptionists provided a warm welcome. Booked in last minute as had a bad experience with a local hotel. Room modern and clean, bed comfortable, onsite secure parking with gate. Ate at restaurant onsite, staff very good and welcoming at restaurant.

Great location for Beaune visit

Great location for visiting Beaune, which is only a short walk away. Nice pool and reception area, rooms would benefit from renovation (we stayed in a suite), but there was lots of space for a family of four. Partition in suite and extra toilet was beneficial when staying with children. Comfortable bed, but extra pillows would have been nice. Friendly staff. Free parking was also a bonus.
