We stopped here for one night on the way back from a coach holiday to Spain and all I can say is thank God it was only one night. Food was horrible, the room was horrible, the drinks were expensive, nothing felt right about the place. That's all I can say about the place.

Nous regrettons que la qualité de la chambre et des repas ne vous ait pas satisfait, et que l’ambiance générale n’ait pas répondu à vos espérances. Vos remarques concernant les tarifs des boissons et le ressenti global de votre séjour ont bien été prises en compte. Nous attachons une grande importance au confort et à la satisfaction de nos clients, et il est clair que nous n’avons pas su répondre à vos besoins cette fois-ci. We were expecting a room with at least a chair or two on the patio, perhaps with a view of the garden or even the pool. No. We had a dingy , dark room around the back in the car park, nothing to sit on outside, and were told all the front facing rooms were booked . Now we’re not silly, it soon became very obvious they weren’t. So we felt fobbed off . The staff seemed to feel chatting amongst themselves was more important than any sort of customer service . There are better places to stay .

Many thanks to the staff specially the general manager. Great 4 stars hotel! Recommend it 100%. The rooms are comfortable and brand new. Они не осуждают вас за то, кто вы есть, или за ваше происхождение. Спасибо большое всем. Always a pleasure to come back there.

This is not a four stars hotel. It’s at its maximum two stars. Family room’s roof is angled and all of us have bumped our heads against it. The disaster comes when we walked into the restaurant. The floor manager puts on his theatrical act when we were patiently waiting to order the food and to pay for the bill. We ended up without ordering any desserts simply to avoid any more unpleasant service. My husband asked for a small bottle of wine and a big bottle came. When people in the rest of the world talk about rude French people, he’s the role model. The air conditioner didn’t work either!

Great location - very dilapidated areas and rooms. Seemed a number of people travelling with dogs which was probably useful. However the common areas, pavements and rooms were very tired and unacceptable. The cost was reasonable but it’s unacceptably knackered out to use an English term
