We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced regarding breakfast. It seems there was a misunderstanding about the timing as we can only serve breakfast until 10h30 on Saturday and Sunday (9h30 during the week). Nous vous remercions pour votre retour concernant votre séjour et nous excusons si celui-ci vous a déplu. Vous avez bénéficiez d'un tarif collaborateur Accor à 70€ la nuit. Ce tarif n'est bien sûr pas compatible avec vos avantages fidélité (vous ne pouvez pas cumuler plusieurs offres différentes). Il est donc normal que vous n'ayez pas été surclassé et que vous n'ayez pas eu votre boisson de bienvenue. Nous sommes surpris par votre remarque sur notre personnel. Notre équipe se plie en 4 afin de satisfaire nos clients qui nous font toujours de bons retours... Nous ne comprenons pas votre remarques sur les bouteilles d'eau... Nous n'avons plus de bouteille en plastique dans notre hôtel mais des carafes en verre et une fontaine. Tout est expliqué à l'arrivée. Nous avons un seul récupérateur d'eau dans notre jardin. Comment peut-il être hors service? Il récupère l'eau de pluie et nous utilisons cette eau pour arroser les fleurs... Vous donner une note de 30/100 à notre piscine, mais elle n'est même pas ouverte en avril... Enfin, les bornes de recharges électriques n'appartiennent pas à l'hôtel. Nous prêtons juste un emplacement sur notre parking. C'est une société extérieure qui les gère donc pour quelle raison seraient-elles gratuites? Cordialement, Céline, adjointe de direction

We thank you for your feedback and apologize if your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we are surprised by certain remarks which seem unfounded to us. In your bathroom, there are no traces of urine and the toilet seat is not broken. Some of our rooms do indeed have bathtubs. These rooms have not yet been fully renovated, but they are well maintained. Thus we do not understand how this could have “made you feel nauseous...” We do not provide complimentary toiletries in our Classic rooms; however, they are all available at reception. As for the “sanitation seal” on the toilets, this has never been something offered in our hotel. All of our rooms are equipped with a wardrobe and shelves for storing your belongings. We also provide a minibar for keeping your drinks cold or storing certain food items that need to be refrigerated. It was indeed plugged in. A courtesy tray is also available for your use, including a kettle, porcelain cups, and reusable Tritan glasses. As part of our commitment to reducing waste, we have removed all single-use items from our hotel, so it would not have been possible to find a paper cup. Regarding our breakfast, it consistently receives very positive feedback. It is served as a buffet, so yes, guests serve themselves. Nothing is individually packaged, so we do not understand this remark. You will find a jug of cow’s milk, as well as cartons of oat, soy, and almond milk. However, we do not offer whipped cream — you are correct on this point, and we apologize for that. Our parking area is spacious, free of charge, fenced, and closed with a gate every night. The motorway does run nearby; however, it is highly unlikely that a car could be propelled onto our parking area — this has never happened. In addition, we regularly welcome sports cars, and no guest has ever raised concerns about safety or about the speed bumps located on the street (not within our premises). Finally, regarding our staff, they are consistently perceived as warm, welcoming, and professional. It is very rare for us to receive any complaints in this regard, particularly concerning the receptionist who was on duty that evening. Our uniform has been chosen to reflect the style and decor of the property; a formal suit would not have suited this Scandinavian-inspired setting. We are sorry if you did not like it. Once again, we apologize if your stay did not meet your expectations. It is possible that this category of hotel may not be the right fit for your preferences. We do, of course, make mistakes, and we use them as opportunities to improve every day. However, the remarks made in your review, as well as the rating given, are not fair and do not reflect the reality of our establishment. Céline, adjointe de direction
