ALL loyalty programme – general terms and conditions governing the partnership with KTC.

1. Conversion of KTC FOREVER points into ALL Rewards Points:

KTC card members may convert their KTC FOREVER points into Rewards points of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s loyalty programme.

To do this, the KTC card member must be a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme, you need to have a valid ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership Card.

KTC FOREVER points may only be transferred from a KTC card member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme.

After conversion, the converted Rewards Points are added to member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless Rewards points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme rules.

Points are converted as follows: 
6 KTC FOREVER points = 1 ALL Rewards point
The points conversion described above is done manually through member's KTC card member account.
KTC FOREVER points transferred on the member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless account are converted into Rewards points.
Transferred Rewards Points do not qualify for higher ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status.
2,000 Rewards points equal EUR 40. For further information, please refer to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme's rules.
