How to convert your Rewards points - ALL

Make sure that you fulfilled all the requirements :

You must activate the option in the "My rewards" section to transfer your ALL points manually or automatically to your partner program account (you must also enter your partner program card number, and your first and last names).
Connect
You must stay at an Accor hotel participating in the program in order to benefit from points transfer.

Don't forget !

For bonus offers that entitle you to earn extra points, check the offer's terms and conditions to make sure the stay qualifies.
If you have already chosen automatic conversion, make sure that it is still activated.
Your partner points are only credited to your partner account 6 weeks after their transfer from your ALL account.
