ALL loyalty programme - general terms and conditions governing the Cathay United Bank partnership

1. Conversion of Cathay United Bank Reward Points into ALL Rewards Points:

Cathay United Bank Reward Point Program members may convert their Cathay United Bank Reward Points into Rewards points of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s loyalty programme.

To do this, the Cathay United Bank Reward Point Program member must be a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme, you need to have a valid ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership Card.

Cathay United Bank Reward Points may only be transferred from a Cathay United Bank Reward Point Program member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme.

After conversion, the converted Rewards points are added to member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless Rewards Points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme rules.

Points are converted as follows: 
15 Cathay United Bank Reward Points = 1 ALL Rewards point
The points conversion described above is done manually through member's Cathay United Bank Reward Point Program account.
Cathay United Bank Reward Points transferred on the member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless account are converted into Rewards points.
Transferred Rewards points do not qualify for higher ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status.
2,000 Rewards points equal EUR 40. For further information, please refer to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme's rules.
