ALL loyalty program - General terms and conditions related to Capital One

1.Conversion of Capital One miles into Rewards Points:

Capital One customers may convert their Capital One miles into Rewards Points of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s loyalty programme.

To do this, the Capital One customer must be a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme, you need to have a valid ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership Card.

Capital One miles may only be transferred from a Capital One rewards account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme.

After conversion, the converted Rewards Points are added to the member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless Rewards Points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme rules. Once complete, all transfers are final and Capital One miles cannot be transferred back to your Capital One rewards account.

Capital One is not responsible for the availability of rewards and services through ALL - Accor Live Limitless programme.

2.Points are converted as follows:

2 Capital One miles = 1 ALL Rewards Point The points conversion described above is done manually through member's Capital One rewards account.

Capital One miles transferred to the member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless account are converted in Rewards Points. Transferred Rewards Points do not qualify for higher ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status.
