Terms and Conditions of Booking Vehicles with Avis for ALL Loyalty Members

1. Rate benefits

The savings of up to 25% applies to Avis base rates and is applicable only to the time and mileage charges of the rental.
Offer does not apply to car group X.
All taxes, fees (including but not limited Air Conditioning Excise Recovery Fee, Concession Recovery Fee, Vehicle License Recovery Fee, Energy Recovery Fee, Tire Management Fee, and Frequent Traveler Fee) and surcharges (including but not limited to Customer Facility Charge and Environmental Fee Recovery Charge) are extra.
Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other AWD number, promotion or offer.
Weekly rates require a minimum five day rental period.
Weekend rate available Thursday noon; car must be returned by Monday 11:59 p.m., or higher rate will apply.
A Saturday night keep and an advance reservation may be required.
Offer is subject to vehicle availability at the time of rental and may not be available on some rates at some times, including some online rates at Avis.com.
Car rental return restrictions may apply.
Holiday and other blackout periods may apply.
Renter must meet Avis age, driver and credit requirements. Minimum age may vary by location. An additional daily surcharge may apply for renters under 25 years old.

2. Earning Rewards points

"ALL members can earn:
- 125 Rewards points per rental day on rental up to 6 days,
- 150 Rewards points per rental day on 7-day or more rental.
For crediting Rewards points related to a rental, the ALL card number must be given when the vehicle is booked, and the ALL card must be presented to the agency when picking up the vehicle.
The ALL card must be valid and the name on the ALL card must match the name of the main driver on the rental contract."

3. Geographic perimeter

Offer is available for rentals at participating locations in the U.S and Canada.

4. Complaints

If a member finds that their Rewards points have not been credited within a maximum of six weeks following car rental from a participating Avis agency, they may make a complaint by completing the complaint form available on the all.accor.com website, providing an explaination of their complaint and attaching any supporting evidence, within six months following return of the vehicle. For the member to be credited with the Rewards points, the invoice corresponding to the complaint must be in the name of the ALL card holder.
For all claims that do not concern Rewards points, members should contact the Avis customer service on the Avis website.
