Sharky ( Shalarm ) was tremendous and fabulous during our entire stay, b starts from pre-arrival! Every knit picking detail and preferences, had been assured by him. And indeed, it exceed our expectations! As a loyalty membership, having Khun Shalarm as a guest relation would be no doubt guaranteed returning guest, because of him. And certainly, if opportunity available, I'll be coming back to see him.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at Novotel Sriracha in November last year and returned again this year purely because the service and hospitality were so exceptional. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and spotless, and the ocean view is absolutely to die for. A huge thank you to Jess and Basbomb for delivering outstanding food and beverage service. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made every dining experience seamless and memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The grilled tenderloin was cooked to absolute perfection!!! truly outstanding. It’s rare to find a hotel that gets everything right, and this is why I keep coming back. I genuinely love this place and can’t recommend it highly enough.

Staycation!

We chose this hotel for our staycation to catch up with a group of friends. There were three rooms in our group, all with lounge access, and I truly enjoyed the stay. Our room was very spacious and perfect for families, with bunk beds. The service from Khun Shalarm (Shark) on the 25th was excellent, and the view was very beautiful. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of choices. The only small suggestion would be the swimming pool—it would be great if it were heated, as the water was a bit cold to swim in.

Another heartwarming stay with stunning views and good hospitality!

I visited Novotel Marina Sriracha again this week with my mom, and just like every previous visit, the warm welcome and impression remain unchanged. It really feels like a home away from home. This time, my room faced the ocean, offering a truly stunning view. I was greeted with a lovely bed decoration which was a sweet touch. A huge shoutout to the Housekeeping team. I could feel the attention to detail immediately. The room was spotless and checked thoroughly. It’s obvious they prioritize cleanliness and genuinely care about the guests' comfort. The Premier Lounge on the 25th floor was another highlight. Khun Chalarm took amazing care of us during the Cocktail Happy Hour. My mom was particularly impressed with the service. Instead of just ordering a drink, "Khun Chalarm" guided me on how to mix a cocktail myself. It was such a fun, interactive experience (and way better than just sitting and waiting!). The whole team on the 25th floor is just full of enthusiasm and lovely vibes. Later, we popped up to the Silvermoon Rooftop Bar (26th Floor) to redeem our Welcome Drinks via the ALL Accor app, always a great perk for members. The service there was fantastic, thanks to the bartender crew: Khun Aun, Khun Puean, Khun Mix, and Khun Jess. You guys rocked it! I also have to mention the Front Desk team. Their smiles made every interaction pleasant. Khun Junior, Khun Sunny, and Khun Kanoon were super helpful with all the info I needed throughout the stay. Their hospitality truly touched my heart. And of course, a special thank you to Khun Poo and Khun Gig for overseeing the overall experience and ensuring everything went perfectly. I stand by my words. This place is a gem. If you’re looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend it. I’m already planning my next trip, and I’ve heard the Koh Si Chang side is unmissable, so that’s definitely next on my list!
