Wanted to have a beer at the hotel bar in the evening. The waiter just ignored us while serving all other guests who had arrived later. When we confronted him, he was totally relaxed, didn’t mind if we complained. Complained next day at the reception, were told the manager would call us- which also didn’t happen. Never again!

Good located. Friendly. Old fashioned. Wants money for high speed WIFI...7.50 per day. Otherwise very very slow. Offered croissants and apple in the room...come back may be but first try to find another place...

I was born in Gera & we escaped 1959. I wanted to show my family where I was born & lived until my 11th year. Also still have family & friends here in Gera. Otto Dix house, theater, Schloss Osterstein, so many beautiful memories.

Very kind personnel. Neat hotel. Spacious rooms. Parking garage underneath hotel. Centre city nearby. Nice konditoreis and shops. Beautiful parks. Trams driving in front of hotel. Rooms are very clean.

Very convenient to get to the hotel from the train station in the city tram. Rooms clean and spacious, hygienic and equipped with towels every day. Good restaurant service with open breakfast, and good food in the evenings. I especially emphasize the fine attention of the team in charge.
