Все очень понравилось. У отеля отличное расположение, шикарные виды - особенно их ресторана. Номер полностью оборудован всем необходимым. Есть даже фильтр-машинка для воды. Вкусный завтрак по меню. Профессиональный персонал, помогают во всеми моментами. Не очень понравился халат - они довольно маленькие. И не понравилось то, что при заезде предлагают доплатит за другой номер. Многим гостям будет некомфортно такое услышать, кроме того, многие , кто не говорит хорошо на Английском, могут неверно понять и решить, что их пытаются заставить заплатить больше.

Из однозначно положительного: месторасположение (центр, 10 минут до набережной, 1 минута до метро, рядом К11 с отличным супермаркетом), просторные номера, чистая ванная, шустрый wifi, прекраснейший завтрак с видом на залив
