I had a short trip but required an over night stay. Was surprised to find another accor hotel in the application. And this hotel location is close to where I had a meeting with. The hotel is still new, but it is located in central area. The famous pempek 888 is just next door and kerupuk Hasan AS is only 100 meter away. The room is bit small but I found all items I need in the room. The personnel is a typical friendly Accor and I enjoyed their hospitality.

Best 3 star hotel to stay in Palembang. The room is clean and spacious. The staff is friendly. Some aspect could be improve such as the way prepare the table at the time of breakfast. Replace cutlery for new guest, offer tea or coffee (standard service) is not yet happened. But overall it was nice stay.
