Modern und doch stilvoll, hervorragendes Personal, alle sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lounge ist wunderschön und glänzt mit einer aussergewöhnlich guten und grossen Auswahl an Getränken und sensationellen Speisen, welche praktisch täglich variieren. Die Patisserie ist ebenso ein Juwel, welches ich in noch keinem Hotel so erlebt habe, nirgends auf der Welt. Der Pool ist für ein Stadthotel überdurchschnittlich gross und es gibt einen aussen-Whirlpool. Auch die Gartenanlage ist gut und schön gepflegt und ich bin unzählige Runden dort spaziert. Die Lage vom Hotel ist etwas abseits vom richtigen Zentrum, dafür hat man etwas weniger Verkehr und ist doch schnell überall, wenn nicht gerade Rushhour ist. Innerhalb Gehdistanz gibt es unzählige Restaurants, Cafes, Malls usw. Von dem her wird einem auch nach Tagen sicher nicht langweilig. Das Hotel ist auch für Alleinreisende wie mich absolut empfehlenswert, man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Alles in allem 1a, daher werde ich das Hotel in Kürze erneut buchen.

Äusserst positiv überrascht und zwar in so ziemlich allen Belangen. Moderne Zimmer wo man auch das Tablet und Smartphone anhängen kann, hochwertige Materialien und ein wunderschönes Badezimmer mit Riesendusche. Der Aussenbereich mit dem Resort-Style-Pool ist ebenso super und ich war täglich Runden spazieren im gepflegten Garten im 14. Stock. Poolrestaurant hat eine schöne Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken, auch frische Fruchtsäfte. Das Arts Cafe kann ich für den japanischen Abend sehr empfehlen, ein Erlebnis wo Preis/Leistung unschlagbar ist! Die Club Lounge ist wunderschön und sehr diskret und ruhig, dabei glänzt sie mit wirklich toller Küche welche nichts mit normalen Lounges gemeinsam hat; In der Writers Bar kann man die tolle Architektur bestaunen und tolle Drinks geniessen. Alles in allem einfach ein perfekter Aufenthalt und wahrlich einzigartig für ein Stadthotel. Eher Stadt-Resort :-) . Besonders hinweise möchte ich auf das tolle Personal, immer freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und immer echt herzlich, nicht künstlich. Egal ob Royal Host Felix oder Kunbenbetreuung via Rhany, das GANZE Team von Speis & Trank, Bankett oder auch in der Bar und im Fitness, toll gemacht, bravo. Ich komme sicher wieder und eines ist auch klar, Jakarta lohnt sich auch als Feriendestination. Es hat unendlich viele Möglichkeits für Kunst, Kultur, Foodies usw. Vom Hotel kann man direkt in die angrenzende Lotte-Mall spazieren wo es unzählige Restaurants zu entdecken gibt und zwar in praktisch jedem der riesen Stockwerke. Erkunden lohnt sich! Ah und eben Fitness ist auch topmodern, die neuen Technogym -Geräte kann man auch via App verbinden und auf Strava hochladen, war erstaunt :-)
