Had a truly memorable experience at THE DUCHESS. The barista named Psyche was professional, personable, and attentive, the coffee was refined, flavorful, and impeccably prepared, and the ambiance was warm, intimate, and tastefully cozy.

I always go to 'The Duchess' fancy place, nice pastries and love their Matcha! lovely staff especially Psyche.. She is sooo lovely and polite, love her!

The Perfect Start to Our Mornings at Duchess

We stayed at the Hamilton Princess as a family for two nights and had the chance to try all of the dining outlets. While everything was very good, our best memory by far was my children’s morning visits to Duchess. At 7:30am, my kids were greeted with the biggest smiles by a lovely staff member named Psyche. She immediately made them feel welcome and special, which is not always expected so early in the morning. On another occasion, she made excellent suggestions for kids’ drinks, which my children absolutely loved. Although the Hamilton Princess is a large, corporate-style hotel, moments like these truly stood out. It was wonderful to see staff go out of their way to make children feel valued and cared for. These small but thoughtful touches made our stay memorable, and my kids are still talking about it.
