We enjoyed at this hotel, especially the staff from the reception are very kind and helpful, and they are funny too. Thank you Miss Thin and Gulshat for helping in everything also. The room are clean and quiet with nice view. Thank you all, nice memories.

Don’t like to negative reviews but Sara & Jackson at breakfast ruined my family’s holiday. I think it might have been Nr Nagah himself who kindly resolved the situation but the damage had been done. We enjoyed the stay overall staff are wonderful Rita at reception Zeeshan Mahesh Augustinio Baldev Kishore Dicent & many more 💙 u guys Will return for 3rd visit later this year. My family like this place.

Unfortunately, the room lacked sufficient plugs for charging devices, requiring guests to leave the bed repeatedly. Additionally, there was no master switch for the lights, forcing guests to get out of bed each time. Despite requests, the reception did not provide a wire extension. Furthermore, the shower was inconveniently low, requiring guests to bend down to shower. Overall, these inconveniences made for a less than satisfactory stay

Excellent food and service, specially to Aamir and Shwe. The ambience is relaxing. The food has a lot of variety. The arrangement of the food is easy to access. Definitely will recommend to our family and friends. Good job and thank your for your service.

Amazing hotel, staff very accomadating. Will deffo be back again! Amazing. Liaisan and suresa were bery helpful through the check in and attended to all my needs!. Pool was great also, whenever we were goijg out there was a taxi at the ready all thanks to the concieger
