Well Located and great views

The stay was fine. Check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. Breakfast is over-priced. For $5 more you can walk 500m to some fantastic cafes and get yourself a great feed and a good barista coffee. Carpets in the room were badly stained and give the feeling of uncleanliness.

The only comment I would like to make is that the carpet was disgusting in an area near the bed, appears that something has been spilt on the carpet and hasn't been cleaned

I recently attended a family function at the Mantra. The rooms were good but could be a little cleaner (random fingernails in the shower base were the only issue). The location is great, and the main street is only a short walk to everything you want. The food at the function was good, and the service was a little slow, but this may be more of a staffing availability thing. The weekend reception bloke, I am sorry I did forget his name - dead set legend and a good egg. Very pleasant, and he was extremely helpful.
