Highly enjoyed the brief stay. Love the 11 am check out, premises and grounds were neat and tidy and plenty of parking options. Delicious breakfast.

Ok, here goes. There is no front desk staff after hours. The standard room is a double bed, although I'm 185cm (6 feet) tall and had to sleep diagonally across the bed. I honestly thought I was getting a queen bed, but no. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the people across the hall. The floor is like a suspended floor and echo's, so you hear the next room walking around. Did I mention the traffic noise? Even with double glazing the traffic noise is loud, luckily there were no ambulances the night I stayed. Oh, and for some strange reason, I have an addition 'credit card' fee on my statement after paying in full online. I'm not going to be bothered asking, it will just be my fault.

Pleasant staff, the hallway 2nd floor smelled like deodorisers and I was overcharged (part paid with points) which was later rectified (although I have to wait for my money to come back). The menu on the wall in the room is misleading stating that Breakfast and Lunch are available from 7.30 till 3.00pm. I waited in line at 9.55am to order breakfast (10.03 by the time I got through the queue) only to be told breakfast finished at 10.00am and lunch can’t be ordered until 11.00am? Couldn’t use my Accor plus membership for dinner $90 the night prior due to Anzac Day holiday. Oh well, just a bit frustrating but it happens.
