Very disappointing for this chain

This hotel room was so disappointing for us as we stay at lots of Mantras and are Accor members. Do not pick a Room, go for a Suite. Our Room was poorly designed with a massive bathroom and very small living area. No separate chairs to sit on and nowhere to put our suitcases. The towels are rubbish quality as are stingy toiletries and the tea and coffee supplies. The TV remote didn't work, no restaurants open. We complained but to move would have cost us more, but the hotel was half empty. Very disappointing from this chain. The outside amenities are fantastic.

Very disappointing. Poor amenities, no restaurant or bar available and breakfast in the next resort. Like the resort, room was small, badly aged, small shower and no space to actually sit…except on the bed. To pay extra for all of this was insulting and disappointing. Having stayed at the Pullman Brisbane airport this was a real letdown. Not worthy of Accor.

The hotel is dated, old and worn. The towels were disgraceful old and worn. No room service had to go and fetch clean towels, put the rubbish out was quite disappointing considering how much it cost! And what a punish these reviews are, you do one then get directed to another, you must think I have all day.

Cocaine and Marijuana found under my children’s beds. Even after a deep clean was supposedly performed we found more. We were promised a discount to stay at any mantra (as obviously we did not want yo return there) and now we have tried to use it management is refusing and will only allow a discount there at Kingscliff. It’s revolting that such gross negligence is not rectified. In addition to the drugs the room was falling apart. The timber door frame fell off the door and beds were falling apart. Bath tap fell off leading to a leak. Management at the time were the ones who offered the discount and now nobody can apparently implement it.

Room was comfy, resort is amazing. We had a pool view room with partial ocean views. Amazing for the sunrise. Great location. Salt Village has great variety for food choices. Right in the middle of Kingscliff and Casuarina. So close to everything needed to have a good holiday
