Initially after checking in the room allotted was not cleaned well, floors were dirty and stained, carpets smelling as though beer was spilled on it, bedsheets were stained, bath towels and hand towels had a distinguished smell as though it was just washed with water and no soap. However after bringing the same to the notice of our corporate office and hotel staff most of things were rectified. The buffet is good but lacks variety however the shortcomings are overlooked due to the catering staff politeness, discipline and always ready to assist and smiling faces. Overall experience was just a manageable one, hopefully will be better in the future.

Overall experience came down to neutral as few people from the Food department were really awesome.. Yosana and few other staff kept interacting during the meals with a big smile and gave us a pleasant time. Service was quite slow in delivering the daily needs stuff but later it was improved after the General manager (Respected Mrs Bisht) addressed the issues. Who by the way is quite polite and very decent lady.

My recent stay at Novotel Kochi was a truly enjoyable experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing a welcome retreat after a long day. Overall, Novotel Kochi provided excellent value for money, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Kochi. But i would suggest the Breakfast should be complimentary.
