Very basic...disappointing and TERRIBLE FOOD at the “Restaurant “

Not very happy about this hotel because I had great expectations. The room had just the basic stuff. The nightstand was a minibench to put just a phone. Bathroom was clean but no toiletries, only soap. No closet just a stand with few hangers and 2 shelves, to fit clothes for just few days. The worst part was the restaurant. Very bad, tasteless and pricy food. No room service and if you order after 9pm you need to go and pick it up at the bar where the food is on a tray, getting cold, NOT EVEN COVERED and anyone could have tasted or coughed or sneezed on it !!! That was terrible!! Also the food is BAD. I ordered a pizza and when I picked it up it was all exposed, cold and it was a frozen pizza tasteless with awful NOT mozzarella cheese and of course not fresh. A sandwich was “cooked” in the microwave, instead of toasted and the bread was rubbery. Is this chain really doing that bad? Really? Not worth it. If you dare to stay don’t eat there. You will be very disappointed!!

Hotel brand going cheap

bad food, i've never ate a sandwich made with toasts instead of bread. You charge extremely high rate for breakfast.
