Disappointed with Front Desk Agents

While our hotel suite was nice, however, hotel transportation was disappointing. We had requested hotel transportation several times, and your hotel could not accommodate us. While one front desk agent told us transportation was available, then another front desk agent said it was not available. On our last stay we needed a transportation because our Uber got cancelled four times and we were already late to the wedding we had to attend. The front desk agent told us there is a car available and he went outside (I followed) to speak to one of the drivers and it appeared the driver was trying to make a deal with the agent with respect to overcharging us. While uber would have only cost us 128 Rs for a 20-minute drive the agent told us they would charge us 1000 Rs. This was very disappointing. Overall, I think the communication and attitude of your staffs need to be improved. We expected better service at this 4.5-star hotel.

Good location, the staff are lovely. Very kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and are well stocked. The gym is good with lots of equipment. The hotel food is nice too. All the staff are very kind and always happy to help with whatever you may need. Guddu and Arup were great
